To log a food, go to “Food” under the “+” in the navigation bar. You can find items by using the search bar, which are automatically filtered to All Foods - that includes generic and branded items. If you’re looking for menu items at a restaurant, select the Restaurants filter. Lastly, if you’re having trouble finding a specific meal or entree, try using the recipes search to find the closest match.

Add items to My Plate by tapping the “+” icon, or view more details by tapping on the item. You can add single or multiple items into My Plate, similar to an online shopping cart. So if you consumed multiple items at once, you can log all of those items together. When you’ve added everything you want to log to My Plate, tap “View my plate” to finish. 

You can also easily log from My Foods or use the barcode scanner on packaged items.
