Logging is another core component of Season of Me! The Logging section of the app is where you’ll log your food, activity, water, and weight. Food is the most important aspect for you to focus on as it will inform our AI as your personalized model is built over the next few weeks. Activity is usually synced automatically from your heart rate device, but you can always edit or add new activities that weren’t logged from your device. You can always log food and activities after the fact, as long as you update the timing.
