The ideal temperature range as defined by Abbott is between 50 ºF and 113 ºF. We’ve heard from members who did wear their CGM in hotter environments (ie: sauna, steam room, hot yoga, etc) that they did not experience any problems. You can wear yours in a sauna - just keep an eye on your levels afterwards as it may cause a spike as your body’s temperature changes.
