For the Abbott FreeStyle Libre 14-day system, each CGM will stop working after 14 days of use and can be removed. If you need to remove your sensor earlier than 14 days for any reason, like in case of skin irritations, please do so. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@january.ai.

If you are concerned about your health at any time based on the CGM readings, please contact your primary care physician or urgent care immediately. If, for any reason, a medical professional instructs you to remove the device, please do so, then contact our support team for additional help.
